Meet the Staff at Unity

The staff is a team made up of Child and Adult Development professionals consisting of the director, social workers, family and child therapists, and early childhood development specialists. All members of the staff have their Child Development credentials issued by the State of Arizona.

	Jillian Larson Director 602-799-7405 jlarson@unity-llc.com Jillian Larson created Unity, LLC in May of 2005. Jillian has been working in the field of Child and Adult Developmental Homes for the past nine years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from St. Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania in 2000. She also received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2005. She truly enjoys working with children and adults that have special needs.

	Angie Cox Family Support Specialist 602-541-5448 angiecox@unity-llc.com Angie Cox received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA in 2000. Shortly after, she moved to Arizona. She has been working in the DDD foster care field since early 2001. She loves practicing yoga and has been a yoga teacher for the past year. She and her husband Doug live in Phoenix.

	Jessica Powers Family Support Specialist 602-541-8494 jpowers@unity-llc.com Jessica Powers has been working with Unity, LLC since January 1, 2007. Jessica has worked in the field of Child and Adult Developmental Home licensing for over five years now. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. In December of 2006, she received a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. She feels that through her experience and studies she has gained very valuable information that has helped her work effectively with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. Jessica is currently working on becoming a licensed therapist with the state of Arizona and looks forward to working with the families that Unity, LLC serves.

	Kasey Kocks Family Support Specialist 602-541-9413 kkocks@unity-llc.com Kasey Kocks graduated from The University of San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology in 1996. She taught preschool for 1 year after college, before moving into Social Services. Kasey worked in Early Intervention; providing services to children, birth to three years old and their families, for 8 years prior to her move to Unity, LLC in May of 2007. Kasey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, going to the gym and practicing yoga.
	Donna Kislow Family Support Specialist 602-541-2287 dkislow@unity-llc.com Donna received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in May of 2003. She continued her education in Richmond, VA at VCU and received her Master’s degree in Social Work. After graduation she continued teaching preschool and working with at-risk youth as an in-home therapist. In December 2005, she relocated to Arizona and continued her career working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Donna worked as a Support Coordinator in the Foster Care and Adoptions Unit\| prior to her move to Unity, LLC in February 2008. Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
	Janet Haring Administrative Assistant 623-322-4579 janetharing@unity-llc.com Janet Haring received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University in 2002. After graduation she quickly became a District Manager for a retail sales company. In October 2006, she relocated to Arizona with her family and was a Sales Director for a local restaurant. After having her second child, Janet came to work part-time for Unity, LLC as the Administrative Assistant in November 2008. This allows her to spend valuable time at home with her husband and two children.
